About this style

Curved darts at the knee shape a twenty-eight-degree arc in black suiting. The most dramatic curve in tailoring, kept quiet by colour.

Measured on our arc gauge (the angle between a straight hip-to-hem line and the outseam at its widest point, size M laid flat): 28°, with a 33 cm knee and a 20 cm hem.

The cloth is firmer than jersey, so the curve keeps its shape when you sit and stand.

Care

Wash at 30 °C on a gentle cycle or dry clean. Hang to dry. Steam or iron on low heat with a pressing cloth along the crease.
