Arcs and fit

What does the number of degrees mean?

It is the arc of the leg: the angle between a straight hip-to-hem line and the outer seam where it leaves the hip, measured on the reference size laid flat. 0° is a straight line, 34° our widest barrel. See Fit, sizes & arc.

Which arc should I start with?

If you usually wear straight jeans, try 6–12°. If you already own a barrel jean you like, measure its knee and hem width flat and compare them with the measurements on our product pages.

Do the jeans stretch?

No. All our denim is rigid, without elastane. It softens with wear. If you are between sizes, choose the larger one.

What are the fabrics?

Each product page names the fabric type (for example rigid cotton denim or tailoring twill). The exact fibre composition is printed on the sewn-in label; if you need it before ordering, for example because of an allergy, email us with the product name.

Are the bag and belt in the photos included?

No. Every product is sold on its own; other pieces in the photos are styling and are sold separately.

Payment and currencies

Which currencies can I pay in?

US dollars (USD), euros (EUR), pounds sterling (GBP), Danish kroner (DKK), Swedish kronor (SEK), Norwegian kroner (NOK) and Swiss francs (CHF). Choose your currency with the currency button at the top of the page. Prices are converted from USD at fixed rates we set and round; the amount and currency shown at checkout are exactly what we charge.

Which payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed by a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your full card number.

What will appear on my statement?

Do you have discount codes or sales?

No. We do not run promotions, discount codes or limited-time offers. The price shown is the price.

Are taxes included?

Orders are exported from Australia, so no Australian GST is added. Import VAT or duty in your country is not included in our prices — see Delivery & import charges.

Delivery

Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?

From Australia. We dispatch within 1–3 business days. Standard tracked delivery takes 8–15 business days, express tracked 4–8 business days. Full details on the delivery page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge until we dispatch it. Email us with your order number as soon as possible.

Returns

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn, unwashed items with their labels. If you live in the EU, the UK or the EEA you also have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, and the Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply to every order. See Returns & refunds.

Who pays for return postage?

You do, unless the item is faulty, not as described or not what you ordered — then we pay.

When do I get my money back?

Within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or your proof of postage, for a statutory withdrawal), to your original payment method and in the currency you paid.
